Guild Bank Guide
The Guild Bank is intended as a place to store items that may benefit other guild members and the guild in general. All members are encouraged to use the Guild Bank for both donations and acquisition. If you see an item that you can immediately use (or within a very short time) by all means ask an officer for it ( Rank Hitman on up can withdraw items from the Mats n Recipes and Misc. tabs without having to ask an officer. Please do not be greedy. Only withdraw items that you can use for awhile or items that would help you level like armor and weapons or help you level a profession like mats and recipes.). However, items are not to be taken if they will not be used for an extended period of time nor are they to be taken and sold to a vendor or on the Auction House. An exception to this is that the GM can use donated items to sell at auction to earn gold for the guild bank. With that said, the Guild Bank is not a “catch all” for members to clear out their own inventory. To best utilize the available space, the Guild Bank is limited to storing items that are rare or more difficult to come by. Items that can easily be farmed or purchased for a reasonable price from a vendor or the Auction House do not belong in the Guild Bank. If you have an item that you would like to deposit in the Guild Bank but are unsure about it, ask an Officer for advice. Please do not deposit grey items. Most white and green items can go in the Misc. tab. (Exception would be white and green mats and recipes that go in the Mats n Recipes tab.) Guild Funds The Guild Funds are intended as a source to help supplement the guild’s needs, like paying for additional Guild Bank slots and helping with expenses for members who craft items likes potions, etc. for our guild runs. All members are encouraged to make an occasional deposit in any amount they see fit to benefit the guild. Repairs: The funds may also be used for repairs for guild runs. Please do not use the guild funds on a regular basis for repairs in lieu of paying for them yourself. |
